The water-soluble bags WeIDRO BAGS are essential in the medical field for collection, disinfection and transport of clothing in total safety, avoiding the risk of contamination for patients and staff.
Contaminated and infected clothes are placed inside the bag and closed with the special red band.
During the pre-wash, the water-soluble strip dissolves in cold water, releasing the garments, while the bag dissolves completely in hot water during washing.
Made of PVOH (polyvinyl alcohol) the bags are soluble in hot water and suitable for washing above 65°C.
There are different types of WeIDRO BAGS according to the function for which they are intended and the characteristics of the PVOH with which they are made. The film soluble in hot water (60°) is widely used in the hospital sector. There is also a range of cold and hot water soluble bags used in the industrial sector.
